Cancellation Policy - No Questions Asked!

Cancellations can be considered only if we are unable to invoice your order within 48 hours of placing the order. For such cancellations, write to support@theimaginestore.com mentioning the order details.

Cashback or instant discount orders under bank offers like HDFC etc., cannot be cancelled.

We will not be liable for any cancellations or refunds in case of incorrect deliveries due to incorrect  shipping details mentioned by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Return Policy

In a rare event, where you might have received a damaged or defective product, immediately write to our customer service team at support@theimaginestore.com mentioning the details. 

A relationship manager will be assigned to your case who will do the needful. 

Excluding this rare event, products once delivered cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible for orders as covered under Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy mentioned above.

Refunds will be processed in the same card or bank account that was used for placing the order. Refunds will be processed in estimated 7-10 working days after the returned product is received back by us.

Exceptions: In case of cancellations or returns not covered above, such requests may be considered on a case to case basis based on our discretion and will attract cancellation charges. This is also applicable for COD or any SME business orders (which should be only placed by mailing our enterprise team at support@theimaginestore.com)
